Absolutely! In fact, the majority of our attendees come solo.
Our hosts will be there to say hi and introduce you to a few friendly faces as soon as you arrive. -
For the yoga, bring comfortable clothes & water for the class.
If you’re planning to use your included day pass feel free to bring a change of clothes (there’s showers available for a refresh after the class), your laptop, charger & to-do list to jump into a productive day.

Your yoga ticket automatically gives you access to Shoreditch Exchange for the day. Please ensure your name is correct when you book your ticket.

The day pass is only valid on the day of the class, if you wanted to purchase another day pass you can book it here.

Remotely Social members use their log in to access their free & discounted tickets. If you aren't a member yet, you can sign up here to save on today’s booking and all future socials.

Our teacher will provide modifications throughout the class, so that it’s accessible for beginners as well as seasoned pros!
